Just insert the VCD on your DVD player and play it!    * Some DVD players might not support playing VCD.  2. To play on PC (Window 98/ME/2000/XP)    1. Insert the VCD into the CD-ROM driver.    2. Execute Windows Media Player (or any media player that can play mpeg movie).    3. On the menu, select “FILE”→“OPEN”, then open dialog box will popup.    4.
